Ask a question

Any registered enterprise — Polish, Azerbaijani, or international — with a genuine interest in the bilateral commercial relationship between Poland and Azerbaijan can apply. We welcome SMEs, mid-market companies, and large enterprises across all sectors.

Standard processing time is 14 business days from application submission to Board approval. The Secretariat reviews documents within 5 business days, and the Board sessions are held every 14 days. Urgent applications can be expedited on request.

Required: completed application form (online or PDF), company registration certificate (KRS for Poland, equivalent for Azerbaijan), VAT/tax ID confirmation, and a brief company profile. Optional: financial statements, references from existing members.

Yes. Members can upgrade from Regular to Founding tier at any time during the membership year. The fee difference is prorated. Honorary status is by invitation only and cannot be applied for directly.

Regular and Founding tiers are for registered enterprises. Individuals can join through the Honorary tier — reserved for distinguished individuals like diplomats, public officials, academic experts, and recognized contributors to bilateral relations.

Many of our members joined IGPA specifically to enter one or both markets. As long as you have a genuine, demonstrable interest in the bilateral relationship — exploring entry, planning partnerships, or developing strategic interest — your application is welcome.

Annual fees are non-refundable once paid, but member services begin immediately upon Board approval and continue for 12 months. If your application is not approved, any pre-payment is fully refunded.

Founding-tier members can nominate representatives for the Board of Directors. Elections take place at the annual General Assembly. Regular-tier members have voting rights but their representatives are not eligible for Board nomination (this is reserved for Founding tier).
