These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website pol-az.com and the services provided by Izba Gospodarcza Polska-Azerbejdżan (IGPA), a registered economic chamber under Polish law.
By accessing or using the website, applying for membership, or participating in IGPA activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Companies, organizations, and individuals may apply for IGPA membership by completing the application form on membership.html and submitting required documents. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of IGPA's governing body, in accordance with the Statute.
IGPA offers Regular, Founding, and Honorary membership categories. Each category has specific fees, rights, and obligations as detailed on our Membership page.
Membership may be terminated by voluntary resignation (with 30 days' notice) or by IGPA decision for breach of obligations, non-payment, or conduct contrary to IGPA's interests. Termination procedures are detailed in the Statute.
IGPA organizes forums, trade missions, working groups, and networking events. Participation may require registration, fees, or invitation. By registering for events, you agree to:
IGPA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond its control. Registration fees will be refunded or credited toward future events in such cases.
All content on the pol-az.com website — including text, graphics, logos, the IGPA hexagon mark, photographs, videos, and software — is owned by IGPA or licensed to IGPA, and is protected by Polish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial use — requires prior written consent from IGPA.
The IGPA name, logo, and hexagon mark are trademarks of IGPA. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits IGPA's liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence under Polish law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
